I've been making web pages for people and businesses for some 3 years now. I write the HTML code myself. I do not use any page generating programs. It's hard to learn the code when a program tries to do the work for you. I also do not use frames. I find them annoying and hard for people to use. I feel web pages with frames just don't look clean.

My prices are very low. Search the web for Web Authors and you will see prices from $500 to $2000. I don't charge anything close to this. I make pages for the artistic challange. I will meet any deadline you have.
